ORDERING & PAYMENTS

How do I know if my order is confirmed after I make the payment?

Upon successful payment, an email confirmation will be send to your email indicating your order details for your reference. The team will also be sending you a WhatsApp confirmation to the mobile number indicated in the order form once processed.

Can I make any adjustment to my order after payment confirmation?

Any changes to your order after confirmation have to be made within 48 hours from purchase date/time, you may Whatsapp us at 9017 1105 if you wish to make any changes.

Please do note that last minute changes may not be accommodated, seek your understanding on this.

What are the payment methods?

Cash On Delivery (COD) & Credit Term Payment are strictly NOT accepted!

We accept:

  1. Credit/Debit Cards payment via the trusted payment gateway – paypal
  2. PayPal Payment
  3. Bank Fund Transfer
  4. PayNow/PayLah

You may select any of the payment options at the checkout page to confirm your orders

I need balloons urgently for tomorrow, are you able to do it?

For any urgent orders that is after our cut off timing at 4pm, do WhatsApp us at +65 90171105, we will be glad to assist if our schedule allows.

Can I placed balloon orders over phone, email or whatsapp?

Do note that we only take in orders via our website. However if you have any questions, feel free to hit us on Whatsapp +65 90171105 and we would be glad to assist! 🙂

How many days in advanced should I placed my orders with you?

We would recommend to confirm your order with us as early as possible when you are ready so to secure the ideal timeslot for your balloon delivery or collections. The latest timeline to place your order is 1 day before the actual day at before 4pm our cut off timing.

Would you be able to show us the artwork of the customized balloon?

Our Creative team will proceed to conceptualize your balloon design and send you the artwork via WhatsApp once order is placed. Maximum lead time for the Artwork draft –  1 day before the actual date of your event.

– ONE Minor change is allowed on the draft

Do you have a physical store in Singapore? Do you accept walk ins?

We are currently based online and our office is strictly by appointment for customer self collection only.

Do you provide Helium Gas Tank rental service?

I afraid we do not provide Helium gas tank rental at the moment, however you can share with us your plans so our team is able to better advise and recommend 🙂

I have my own balloons, do you provide Helium balloon inflation service?

I afraid we do not provide Helium Inflating service, however we would recommend to get the helium balloon from us so you can be assured of the quality & presentations of the balloons.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my orders after I confirmed?

Do note that once order is confirmed, there would not be any refunds for orders cancellation, however we understand there might be unforeseen circumstances so we would be able to store your purchase amount as store credits for your future purchases (T&C Applies)
