You may select your balloons to be:

(1) Helium Gas Filled & tied with Balloon String (Floating Time: approx 24 hours);

• Floating time in air: Approximately 24 Hours, depending on weather condition/temperature and how balloons are being handled, floating time may last up to 10 hours. (Only recommend to collect or deliver 1 hour prior to your event)
• Approximately 1.5meter long ribbon will be tied to the balloon
• Balloon weight (to hold the balloon down) is not provided, you may purchase them separately from the option above.

OR

(2) Personalize wording on balloon (included balloon weight);

• Floating time in air(Helium Inflated): Approximately 24 Hours, depending on weather condition/temperature and how balloons are being handled and transported, floating time may last up to 10 hours. (Only recommend to collect or deliver 1-2 hours before the event start)
• Approximately 1.5meter long ribbon will be tied to the balloon
• Balloon weight (to hold the balloon down) is not provided, you may purchase them separately from the option above.
• With single-sided personalised text (No Artwork Design will be emailed for confirmation)

OR

(3) Normal Air Filled (Balloon cannot float);

• Balloon will stay inflated for approximately a few weeks but will not float
• Balloon color might slightly washed out overtime due to oxidation

OR

(4) No Air Filled (Flat Packaging)

• Balloon is sent in flat packaging without air inflation
• Balloon string and Balloon weight (to hold the balloon down) is not provided, you may purchase them separately under Balloon Accessories

Things to note:

– If you select Personalize Wording, do place your order at least 3 days in advance prior to your event date so that we have enough time to conceptualize one for you. (Need balloon urgently? Please contact us to check the availability)

– Foil balloon are sensitive to extreme temperature changes. In cold air, they may appear deflated, warm air should expand them again.

– Please avoid not to put the balloon under high temperature, direct exposure under the sun, friction and force etc which might cause the balloon to deflate.

– Avoid any sharp objects and edges when placing the balloons.
