Personalised Text Artwork Design:

Our Creative team will proceed to conceptualize your balloon design and send you the artwork via WhatsApp once order is being placed. Maximum lead time for the Artwork draft –  1 day before the actual date of your event.

– ONE Minor change is allowed on the draft

(4) Balloon Stand Provided

(5) All balloons are inflated with normal air, can stay firmly inflated for a very long period of time. Best Presentation will be the first few days.
The Personalised Balloon may get smaller when times goes by, you may notice that the personalization wording will start to wrinkle slightly as the balloon slowly reduces in size. This is part of the balloons natural “ageing” process, if you are careful you can lift and smooth the vinyl to keep them looking tip top for longer.

(6) Material: Latex (Avoid any sharp objects and edges when placing the balloons)

NO tear-down service provided
We do not provide tear-down balloon column service. The balloon column can be easily disposed of using a pointy object to deflate the balloons.

Things to note:

– Place order at least 3 days in advance prior to your event date so that we have enough time to process your order and conceptualize your artwork. (For urgent order, please contact us to check the availability)

– Please avoid not to put the balloon under high temperature, direct exposure under the sun, friction and force etc. which might cause the balloon to deflate.

– Avoid any sharp objects and edges when placing the balloons.
